This position reports to the Manager, Payroll and is responsible for the oversight and processing of AAWW domestic and international payrolls, payroll system maintenance and testing, and related general ledger functions. In addition this role is responsible for pulling and analyzing reports for the Payroll team. This role supervises payroll specialists and performs review and approval of payrolls.
Responsibilities
Review and approve payroll for the company and its subsidiaries domestic and international employees on a semi-monthly. bi-weekly and monthly basis
Perform audits and reconciliation of payroll information to ensure accuracy.
Supervision, training, development and performance management of staff, as well as the management of employee issues and problem resolution.
Process payrolls, as required
Perform and manage testing of payroll system upgrades and configuration changes
Identify and implement areas of system & process improvements
Partner with HRIS to ensure system integration and HR processes impacting payroll are effective
May perform payroll system maintenance configuration, if required
Understand, and administer collective bargaining agreement and ground staff payroll related items as required

Create, run and analyze semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reports for Accounting and HR.
Create ad-hoc payroll reports and provide payroll information as needed.
Year-end W2 review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Tax inquiries and new tax jurisdiction setups with the tax agencies and in the payroll system.
Respond to all payroll inquiries received in a timely manner.
Assist with reviewing and updating SOX narratives and payroll process documentation as needed.
Work with HR, Benefits, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Flight Ops Admin and various business units to resolve issues and provide payroll support and information as needed.

Qualifications
7+ years’ experience with hands-on multi-state payroll.
Experience with Ceridian-Dayforce and Workforce Management preferred.

Hold a current unrestricted FAA ATP certificate with an airplane category multi-engine class rating and English proficiency endorsement
Current FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate

Reporting to Regional Director of Maintenance, the Manager of Line Maintenance is responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance at their assigned station(s).
Responsibilities
Supervises Technical Representatives and/or Line Maintenance Supervisor(s) as assigned. Coordinates personnel schedules to provide maintenance as required in support of aircraft operations.
Ensures the safe and efficient maintenance of company aircraft within his geographic area, in accordance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for managing, coordinating and providing oversight for approved Contract Maintenance Providers in his geographic area as necessary.
Ensures personnel under his supervision are trained and qualified in accordance with GMM policies and procedures. Assigns, monitors and documents on-job training as required to ensure a proficient, trained and qualified workforce.
Monitors Flight Schedules and fleet status to ensure best use of resources, ground time parameters, and aircraft routing. Coordinates line maintenance requirements with MCC, Maintenance Stations, Materials, Quality Control, and A/C Planning/Marketing Departments.
Maintains surveillance of line maintenance activity at assigned station(s). Provides resources and technical support as necessary in cases of major mechanical problems.
Responsible for the timely repair of deferred maintenance items. Plans and assigns specific repairs to qualified personnel consistent with availability of materials and aircraft ground time.
Ensures communication between Maintenance shift personnel regarding aircraft status and incomplete maintenance issues to ensure that maintenance not completed as a result of shift changes or other interruption is completed before an aircraft is returned to service.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Traveling (Ride On) Aircraft Mechanic to travel globally with an assigned Boeing 747, 767, or 777 aircraft. This role requires a dedicated professional with deep technical expertise in widebody aircraft, particularly the 747, 767, 777. The successful candidate will travel extensively, providing on-site technical oversight and hands-on support for line maintenance and AOG recovery, while also supervising third-party vendor maintenance teams.
Responsibilities

Deep hands-on technical expertise in data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
Strong knowledge of modern data stack technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, dbt).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their data services.
Excellent understanding of data governance, compliance, and security principles.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of real-time data processing frameworks and streaming technologies.
Background in machine learning operations (MLOps) and data science infrastructure.
Experience working in the aviation, transportation, or logistics industry or with similar data challenges.
Track record of speaking at industry conferences or publishing on data engineering topics.
Salary Range: $210,000 - 250,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
